It's kind of ridiculous when you get so paranoid about being attacked by
freaky dogs just walking two blocks away from your house. A doberman and rottweiler no less.
Tried out
roti cheese at this coffee shop near danai spa, along the road opposite tanjung bunga beach hotel last week :)

it was very crowded.. i know it's normally crowded..
but this time seemed extra crowded ! (if that's even possible)
not to mention the heat was a killer.
i guess it's good that it didn't rain like it did 2 years ago (i think), but still.. so bloody hot. and to think some people were actually wearing jackets -_- honestly -_________-"
could see people in yukatas, lolita get-ups and other slightly eccentric outfits. probably their perception of japanese-y :) would've been fun except with the heat and crowd? uh i don't think so.
there were some very expensive sushi around. actually it wasn't just sushi. everything seemed overpriced T_T i hadn't been planning to spend more than rm10. but by the end of the night, i spent rm30 on food T_T total wasteeeeeeee 555555

they claimed to have like 20+ flavours but i couldn't really see cause some weren't right in front of me. i think mine was dragon fruit and watermelon. but i'm not sure.. i just pointed at the dragon fruit and then said "that pink one" hoping it'd be watermelon/at least something nice p(^~^)q
kylie got passionfruit and dragon fruit. i actually thought the yellow one was watermelon x) but apparently not :x
at 10pm there was the fireworks display ^____^

intense stuff. pretty good and i really liked how the story was told, the writing especially..
though i didn't like the ending very much.
of course how would u expect it to end anyway? with a plot line like that :/
basically it's a typical jodi picoult book(not saying that's a bad thing of course) centralizing around a tragedy. in nineteen minutes, peter, a loner-slash-loser-slash-kid who has always been picked on since his first day of school which was a bajillion years ago, is responsible for a high school shooting, killing 10. his ex-best friend josie, also the daughter of superior court judge, claims to not have remembered anything despite supposedly being the best witness...
